Terms of Service

These terms cover appointments with Niki Ruscio (Hair With Niki) and use of nikiruscio.com.

Appointments

Appointments are by reservation. Requesting an appointment by form, call or text is a request, not a confirmed booking — your appointment is booked once Niki confirms the day and time with you.

Arriving late

Because appointments are booked back to back in a single-stylist suite, arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your service has to be shortened or rescheduled.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give as much notice as you can — ideally 24 hours or more — so the time can be offered to someone else. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may mean future appointments require a deposit.

Pricing

Listed prices are starting prices for the services described. Hair that is unusually long, dense, or has a complicated color history may need more time or product; if that applies to you, Niki tells you the price before any work begins. Color correction and extensions are quoted after a consultation.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment. Gratuity is appreciated, never expected.

Results

Hair color is chemistry performed on a material with its own history. Niki will always tell you honestly what is achievable in one appointment and what needs a plan across several. Photos shown on this site are examples of work, not a guarantee of an identical result on different hair.

Adjustments

If something about your color or cut isn't sitting right, contact Niki within 7 days of your appointment and she'll take a look and adjust it.

Sensitivity and safety

Tell Niki about allergies, scalp conditions, medications, pregnancy or previous reactions to color before your service. A patch test can be arranged on request.
